Product Description

Coating wetting and Flow Leveling adjuvants Polyether Modified Polydimethylsiloxane QS-401

The product has the excellent property of flowing and leveling. It is widely applied in various ink coating system. It has good water solubility and gliding property, reduce the surface friction, and prevent and eliminate defect like shrinkage cavity ,pinholes, etc.

 

Characteristics:

1. Polyether Modified Silicone, safe and environment-friendly, free from environment pollution.

2. Low surface tension and preferable combination property.

3. Strong shrinkage-proof ability, particularly fit for spraying, dip-coating and blade coating.

4. Magnificent leveling property and abrasive resistance for both aqueous system and oil system.

5. Easily dissolve with other auxiliaries, Post-thickening may happen in reactive auxiliary system.

Application:

The dosage is 0.1%-0.6%. Mix it with ink painting .
